To provide you with personalized, secure, and dedicated service, purchases on our website are not processed automatically. Instead, orders are completed through direct contact with our team.

How it works? It’s very simple:

  1. Select Your Items: Browse our store, choose the products you love, and click the order/contact button.
  2. Choose Your Communication Channel: You can reach out to us directly via your preferred method:

  4. Order Confirmation & Payment Link: After we verify stock availability and your order details, a team member will send you a secure payment link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (depending on your preference).
  5. Data Security: The payment link opens a secure, encrypted billing page that complies with the highest industry standards. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
  6. Completion & Shipping: Once payment is confirmed, an digital invoice will be emailed to you, and your order will be processed for shipment!

Shipping Policy

  • Processing & Shipping Time: Items are shipped within 3–8 business days.
  • Shipping Options:

    • Self-Pickup (Free): Available from our studio with prior coordination – Artists' Workshops, Ein Carmel.
    • Shipping to a Pickup Point: 40 ILS.
    • Home Delivery: 60 ILS.

Customs, Duties, and VAT
Orders shipped from Israel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees depending on your country. These charges are not included in the price of the artwork or shipping.
These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of every single art piece we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist you with any issue.

  • Damaged or Broken Items: If your art piece arrives damaged or broken due to shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
  • Returns of New Items: We accept returns of new, unopened items in their original packaging within 35 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For returns made for any reason other than a defect or shipping damage, all costs associated with returning the artwork to the studio are the responsibility of the customer.
